Birthday Celebration Order Form

Thank you for your interest in celebrating your child’s birthday with their class. ALL CELEBRATIONS AND DATES MUST BE CONFIRMED WITH YOUR CHILD’S TEACHER PRIOR TO ORDERING. Please note that birthday celebrations are available only on Fridays that school is open! All orders must be received 1 week prior to the date of the celebration. Treats will be delivered to school and distributed to the class by your child’s teacher.  All proceeds help support the Parents Association and enrich the Netivot experience for our children.
